Walking Toward Peace and Rest

Encouragement Today

design-209

Today’s weekend inspiration is to remember this simple phrase,

“A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes.” Author Unknown

My friend, today’s reminder is to encourage you to practice the power of positivity.

It is so much easier to focus on how bad things are when you are going through the drudges of life, but if you try to focus on something positive during these times, life will not be filled with as much darkness and with as many difficulties.

It is easy to multiply problems, but I, however, would rather focus on multiplying positive and encouraging things.

My friend, if you are struggling with a difficult situation and it has you consumed, try today to look for something that you love or an encouraging activity you live. Spend some time finding a place that brings joy and sunshine back into your life.

If you have been in a place of difficulties for a while, this may be difficult initially, but do not give up. Make it a personal quest if you need to, but seek out your place of joy and focus on it and the happy, relaxing, and peaceful feeling you get from this.

When you do, it will give you a place of rest this weekend. It may even trigger a healing you may be in need of.

Feel free to leave a comment below if you wish to share what brought joy and peace to you. Especially if it was not easy to find.
