Sharing A Seasonal Favorite Yeast Bread

Are you looking for an amazing bread for this holiday season?

Check out one of my favorite holiday yeast breads.

It leaves and amazing fragrance in your house while it bakes.

It makes amazing panni’s, toast, and regular sandwiches if you are bored from the same ole’ regular white bread.

I have also used this same recipe for dinner rolls. Just be sure to use the dough setting on your bread machine and then cook as rolls. If you wish to have the roll directions leave a comment and I will add that as well.

Pumpkin Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

3/4 c Canned Pumpkin

2/3 c Water

1 Tbsp Margarine or soft butter (I have also replaced with coconut oil)

2 c Bread Flour

1 c Whole Wheat Bread Flour

1/4 c Packed brown sugar (I have replaced with raw white sugar)

1 1/2 tsp Salt

3/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice (Either liquid or dry spice works)

1 3/4 tsp Bread Machine Yeast

Directions

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by manufacturer.

Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crus color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

(I have to buy my pumpkin and then I will put my loaf in the machine thus posting a photo later.)
